Annunziata's Youth Ministry Program is open to all youth ages 13- 18 and in grades 8th through 12th. All are welcome to join us for any and all events. We strive to offer many opportunities for youth to experience Christ through fellowship and service. Please visit often to see what's new.

For our Youth ministers...
-Youth Minister's Night of Praise is a night where Youth Ministers get fed spiritually and physically. It will be on March 26, 2010 from 7:00 - 9:30 PM in Nicholls' Cotillion Ballroom with guest speaker Renee' Bondi. Cost is $10 per person.
-The National Conference for Catholic Youth Ministers will be held in New Orleans from December 9, 2010 until December 12, 2010. If you are interested, more information will be available towards the end of the summer.

Diocesan Youth Ministry News:
-Teens Encounter Christ is a three day retreat at Lumen Christi geared to bringing any youth in 10th-12th grades to know Jesus. The next T.E.C. will be held February 26-28, 2010.*
-Youth Rally is a one-day experience with a keynote speaker, workshops, and lots of fun and games at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux. Register by February 14 to be guaranteed a spot and a t-shirt and to avoid late fees!*
-Christian Leadership Institute is a six-day retreat at Lumen Christi designed to teach youth in 10th- 12th grades how to be a Christian leader, in church, school, and activities. It is from July 14, 2010 at 9:00 AM until July 18, 20010 at 4:00 PM. Cost is $225 per person if you register before June 22.*
-aNew Experiences are available every month in varying parishes throughout the diocese. It is a night with music, prayer, and a speaker to spiriutally feed both youth and youth ministers. For more "aNews", check out our Youth Events Calendar page with dates and locations.
-Steubenville on the Bayou is a three-day conference that takes place on June 18-20, 2010. Registration is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more information on the Steubenville conference, visit www.steubenvilleonthebayou.com.
-Adore is a series of four Wednesdays each semester that includes music, a speaker, and Adoration. It will kickoff again on February 10, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Houma Municipal Auditorium. The other dates of this semester are March 3, April 28, and May 26.
-In efforts to raise money for Haiti relief, the Office of Youth Ministry in the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux has decided to put on bake sales throughout each parish in the diocese. Annunziata will have ours on March 20, the weekend following our TransformUs retreat.

-Each Sunday after the Youth Mass we ask you to join us at the altar to pray especially for Mrs. Becky's recovery and return to good health.
